Staff are encouraged to nurture their own faith and understanding through opportunities such as further study in Religious Education and Theology, prayer and reflection, retreats and pilgrimages and other faith formation activities.

Studies of the Scriptures and further education opportunities in Religious Education and Theology, as well as active social justice, are some of the ways our school nurtures the faith development of staff.
We believe that our values, inspired by Saint Mary of the Cross MacKillop and St Therese need not only to be explicitly taught and linked to the scriptures but also lived. We provide our students and staff with opportunities to enact and live these values in our school, in the local and broader global community.
